| Attention to detail and overall value. The cost for a synthetic oil change went up 25% to $99. Kind of steep compared to local completion. After checking the air filter, the tech failed to re-connect a vacuum hose and insert a hold-down bolt. The front counter crew is still top-notch. Courteous, prompt and helpful. |

| Customer service acted like I knew nothing and that they wanted nothing to do with me. |

| Went in for a wheel alignment, was quoted nearly one thousand dollars for a rack & pinion replacement, still paid over $30 for the wheel alignment check. Had a different mechanic look at my vehicle and they said that a band on my rack & pinon had been broken and they did not replace it, later was able to have my rack & pinion replaced for about $300. |
