| I always feel like I'm getting a square deal with Youngstedt's on Mall Dr. Jim and Kevin are great to work with. I have some older cars, and they always give me options and never seem to be in upsell mode. They are prompt and curtious and willing to explain what's going on, to whatever detail I care to ask. They have even referred me to other shops - for work they could have done - when they thought the other place would be able to give me a better deal for the situation. They've also reminded me of discounts and rebates I could take advantage of. Work is done quickly and when promised and I've yet to have any problems with the work done. 5 stars, easy. |
