| March 26, 2015 HiFolks, I've appreciated the competent, friendly service and advice from your people for many years. I just have one knit pick. Recently, my trusty rusty Buick Century SW received a lube, oil and anti-freeze check and the fellows there apparently noticed an oil leak below the lift site. The other day I checked out the leak with a local source who hoisted the car on the lift, then proceeded to point out major breaks in the gaskets [-- not only the oil reservoir but power steering resevoir. Not sure the car is worth fixing but the fellow said replacing the gaskets, etc., is a 7.5-hour job and his estimate is $585.00 The car is old and the gasket issues is likely normal wear and tear,but having glimpsed the issue myself, keep wondering why someone your way didn't recognize the drip while changing the oil.It certainly seemed obvious. Apart from that, as mentioned, you folks are a pretty classy group. Best, Jim Schwartz. |

| I really like the shop. The office guys are friendly, attentive and flexible, and they communicate well regarding the problems with the vehicles and options. The mechanics clearly know what they are doing as well. A while back when a repair did not go well (a tricky problem) they were very up front about it and worked with me to make the situation. |

| My last visit to your shop was as always as pain free as possible, my car was taken care of in a very timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. A couple of days after my visit I was contacted by Jim who advised me that I had been overcharged and insured the overcharge was immediately credited to my credit card. As always, Jim went out of his way to make sure things were done correctly, I will continue to use your service and recommend it to others, Thank you! |

| I was very impressed with the timeliness at which the staff of Youngstedts Mall Drive worked. Within two days of inquiring for a new tire price estimate, the tires were ordered, arrived, and installed on my vehicle. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. |
